A grant making trust
The Trustees

Trustees are recruited who have personal or professional understanding of the needs identified in the Trust's objectives or who will enhance the Foundation by their professional skills. The Foundation reviews Trustees' commitment and enthusiasm for the work of the charity and is satisfied, and grateful for their dedication.

Except for the Founding Trustees the remaining Trustees are appointed on a three-year basis, thus giving the Foundation the opportunity to refresh the board and to recruit Trustees who reflect the needs of the Foundation, and requirements of the Charity Commission.
